I know of 2 ways,
1. Just download and install the latest Nokia PC suite. (download it here: http://www.nokia.co.uk/nokia/0,,76916,00.html)
2. Or thru USB cable or Bluetooth, you can copy the JAR file from your computer to your cellphone.

You can’t install .sis fies on a 6233. They have different “software” installed. the 6233 is running on s40 (3rd edition). .sis files will run with phones running on s60.

3. Remote desktop PC
4. All in one apps (Morange)
5. Mobyexplorer - file manager
6. Opera mini

So far the best games I’ve played have been crash and burn(car racing) and rainbow six lockdown(pretty dam good)

i downloaded games from mobile9.com but the files their are .zip. and it can’t be opened in my phone 6233. do you know how??

zip file is a compressed file. Inside that zip file is a a file or several files. you need to extract the file/s using winzip or other zip extracting files.
I installed these games on my mobile but the games are not opening in full screen,it is in left top corner,How do i make them full screen? although the games are working fine.

Extract the zip file to a folder.. then you will see the game in jar file (.jar). copy and paste that on your nokia 6233 using your data cable or bluetooth.

You need to upload those jar files in your phone.. i suggest you use the nokia PC suite.
