ABS-CBN live streaming on globe-removed!

I tried to connect to abs-cbn live tv streaming yesterday and got this error message:

“Media clip can not be found” “unable to find media clip”

So i checked the Globe live streaming wap site and saw that the link to the abs-cbn live streaming was removed. Only CNN and GMA7 was there.

So i called globe’s customer service and inquired. I don’t know if i’m the only one using this service.. Coz it seems they don’t get inquiries or complaints about this often. Anyways, the CSR said that they have not received any advisory yet. And so i told her that the link was already removed from the wap site.

She askdd me to wait while she verifies with her superior. After a few seconds, she came back and told me that an advisory will be released within the day regarding my inquiry.

Last night, i called customer service again to make the same inquiry. I was hoping that they would b able 2 tell me if the cause. If it was inded removed due to an expired contract, or was accidentally removed, pulled out, etc. But again, the CSR said that they have not received any word frm management or tech support regarding what happened..

I checked the wap site again today.. And its still not there.

I checked smart’s live tv wap site.. And ABS-CBN live streaming is stil available.

What happened? It was the only live streaming file that i can use on my nokia 6233 (.sdp).

Waaaaaaaa!

Finally! an asnwer! Pero magulo!

I called globe’s customer service this morning. Sabi ng nakausap ko the abs-cbn streaming is not offered for free anymore. So sabi ko bakit wala manlang announcement. Sabi nung CSR kahapon lang daw nila nareceive yung announcement. Sabi ko naman last Saturday ko pa sila ininform.

So tinanong ko kung it will be offered for a fee… she placed me on hold and after a few seconds, bumalik siya at medyo nagbago ng statement.. she said na wala pa daw advice kung it will be offered for a fee. inalis daw kasi NAGKAKAPROBLEM SA SIGNAL AND IT MAYBE AVAILABLE ULIT AFTER MAAYOS YUNG PROBLEM FOR FREE.

Oh well… at least now i know na inalis siya… => Sana yung file type Gma and cnn streaming gawing .sdp na rin!
