I am able to download some nice themes which i am now using…
Among the 3, own skin for me.. it lets me create or customize my themes. I have created several themes there for my friends..
But.. wait, what if you saw a nice theme and used it on your phone but yo0u wanted to edit/enhance its “looks” . That happened to me. I downloaded an iphone theme but i can’t seem to view the contents of my calendar. So i searched for a way on how i will be able to edit it.
Good thing Nokia had the answer.
I’m sure most of you guys know this by know… The Nokia theme studio. Particularly the Nokia Series 40 theme studio (coz i’m using an S40 3rd edition phone-6233)
The Nokia Series 40 Theme Studio is a PC-based tool for creating themes for compatible Series 40 devices. The Theme Studio allows themes to be created, viewed, and compared before being packaged for distribution. Theme packages can be downloaded to compatible devices over the air (OTA) or using supported messaging or PC Connectivity options.
In addition, icons and operator name can be added or removed for further verification. Using the scratch pad area, multiple themes can be created, compared and saved one at a time. It is also possible to reopen a theme for further development. The tool lets the developer add a ring tone to the theme and give the theme a name. The created theme packages can be downloaded to compatible handsets using methods supported by both the handsets and the PC (bluetooth, IrDa, Cable) or over the air (OTA).
Download and install it in your PC. And start creating your own themes and editing your current themes! Download a theme that you like form zedge, mobile 9 or own skin then customize it.
It has a 14 day trial period. But once you register it, you’ll get to enjoy as long as you like.
