Hot Judge has a Friendster account – now in Hot water

This one’s HOT..

HOT because of her pictures.

One Congressman, who seems to be fond of browsing the HOTtest social networking site in the Philippines and in Asia Pacific, saw this picture:

That’s Judge Ma. Cecilia Austria. 43 years old, RTC judge of Batangas City.

Nueva Ecija Congressman Carlos Padilla showed photos of Judge Austria and said it was SEXY. And mr. congressman is alarmed.

“Nakakagulat talaga”.. that’s what Mr. congressman said whose picture appears bellow. He’s 63 years old.

Mr. Congressman is angry at Judge because of a case she handled.

She is accused of arbitrarily deciding to reduce Steel Corp.’s equity value to be used in the debt-to-equity conversion that she adopted in the rehabilitation plan, and for having done this without conducting a hearing to determine the imminent danger of dissipation of business operations that could be considered as a legal ground as required by law before the appointment of a management committee.Source: Manila Times

Then Mr. Congressman made a privilege speech about this problem and also divulged that Judge has a friendster account and that she has SEXY pics.

I’m just wondering, is there a law that says she can’t do this or was any moral or ethical code that was violated by these actions? And why does her having an account in a social network like Firendster affect the case? So everyone can have a friendster account except judges? Or is Mr. Congressman’s inner feelings awaken by the pictures which he said was SEXY?

Or maybe we’re just used to seeing OLD judges who don’t really take care of themselves. Those who look like they came from the mountains? And after seeing

Lets be honest here.. the real word that Mr. Congressman would want to use is MALANDI. But he didn’t use it. Wag na tayong magbolahan Mr. Congressman, matagal ng alam ng mga tao na mambobola ang mga politiko.

But hey, lets not just focus on Mr. Congressman here, as other “kabaro” seems to be driven by his speech:

“The lady justice of Batangas should exercise propriety with her actions especially with the internet as a medium, where many can possibly view the pictures. As a public official with high moral responsibility to the public, she should exercise utmost sensitivity that can possibly tarnish her credibility,” -Rep Marcelo Teodoro (Marikina). Source

If she’s a bad judge, then show proof – don’t bully her because she wants to have “friends” over the internet.

Mr. Congressman, at the end of the day, the lady Judge is still a human. When she’s out of the court room, she’s just an ordinary person living in a very complicated world with people like you.
