We had lunch over at French Baker in SM Marikina. The lady attendant approached us with something bulkyin her hands. I asked what it was and she said it was a computer.

It was really a touchscreen gadget. I don’t know what it is called.

I’m think it uses blutooth to transfer the data from the gadget to the main server or computer inside the store… This is because i did not detect any wifi eminating from French Baker.

After getting our orders, i was asked to go to the cashier and pay our bill.

KFC at gateway mall’s food court had this a year ago – if I’m not mistaken. It was a bit smaller though, and I was curious because they’re not using it anymore – back to the old order slip.

Wow, great! Where in the world have I been for not experiencing this kind of techy transaction? Haha. I’ll check out some restaurants for sure.
