Restricted News

I was surprised to see a news page which says i’m not authorized to view the content. 

I’m subscribed to the feeds of ABS-CBN News. I got a feed and clicked to view its full details. However, it says “You are not authorized to access this page”.

I know that shouldn’t be the case coz they don’t have paid subscirptions on their news articles  (but they do have paid subscriptions in their videos).

Could it be that they don’t want people to read that specific news article? Or someone pulled it out from the site dur to some limitations of what to write and what not to write?
