US media company CBS has bought CNET network.

CBS will make a cash tender offer for all issued and outstanding shares of CNET Networks for $11.50 per share, representing an equity value of approximately $1.8 billion. The acquisition will make CBS one of the 10 most popular Internet companies in the United States, with a combined 54 million unique users per month, and approximately 200 million users worldwide.
CNET Networks operates a global network of sites that include consumer facing technology review sites, such as CNET.co.uk, CNET.com and SmartPlanet.com, business sites such as ZDNet and silicon.com and general entertainment sites such as TV.com and MP3.com. CBS owns one of the largest televisions stations in the US as well as major online brands such as LastFM and CBSSports.com.

Well, that’s what the Thailand Supreme Court said.
A case was filed by a Thai who claimed that he helped create Ultraman.
The ruling ended a 10-year legal battle by Sompote Saengduenchai, who had claimed he co-invented the Ultraman character and was entitled to a portion of the huge profits generated by the series and its licensed products outside of Japan.
