Last January, Nokia pulled out software updates via the Nokia software updater for the following phone models:
Software updates are available again for the products listed above. In January Nokia had to temporarily remove all software updates for these products due to problems experienced while trying to update certain software with the Nokia Software Updater.
I’ve been wanting to buy a bluetooth stereo headset - the one you can use for music and for calls - but its too expensive.. for a small device that is. The one at Nokia would sell for more than P2,500.00. Others would be as low as P1,500.00.
So i’ve been wanting to find a cheap one. Now.. I found one!

It sells for less than P800.00. Chep isn’t it?

Ok.. so… Press *#06# on your mobile and the-international mobile equipment identity number appears. Then look for the 7th and 8th numbers.
As you might have known by now, Sun cellular is now slowly rolling out its 3G capabilities. They are still on the trial stages. Many have reported that they have used the SUN 3G.
So where to get SUN cellular 3G and wap/GPRS settings?
You won’t have problem with Nseries phones. As they automatically search for the right settings based on network.
How about 3G capable S40 phones? Well, i found the answer here!

This means mobile users of the above handsets will not be able to update their firmware on their own. They will need to bring it to an authorized Nokia Service Center.

I have received a number of inquiries (or should i say complaints?) from cellphone users (not just 6233 users) regarding this message: “application access set to not allowed”.
When you are opening an application on your phone and this message appears, it means that the application is trying to access your phone’s contents and you haven’t allowed it to do that.
So how do you solve this?
